Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your SEFI gear; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include any packing slips provided during the portal checkout process.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
